Obituary

Linda Schubert, nee Goldstein, 82. Beloved wife for 61 years to Ernest; devoted mother of Karyn Schubert and Jeffrey Schubert; cherished grandma of Miss Ranger; dear sister of the late Carole (Dr. William) Fishman; treasured aunt of Paul, Michael, and Robert Fishman, Deanna (Jay) Goldberg, Janet (Kevin) Terry, and Margaret Halperin; loving great-aunt of Josh (Karen), Nathan (Kali), and Sam, and great-great aunt of Remi and Eliza. "Miss Linda" was a beloved dance teacher on the North Shore for many years. She held several positions, notably Historian, for the Midwest Committee, Cecchetti Council of America. Linda also taught 3rd grade at Mulligan School in Chicago early in her career. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Advocacy Center, www.cachelps.org. Funeral service Monday, May 13th, 12 PM at Temple Jeremiah, 937 N. Happ Rd, Northfield.
