Obituary

Harold Phillip Singer, age 85, of Northbrook, beloved husband and best friend for 60 years of Patricia, nee Zerilla; loving father of Jacquie (Todd) Lippman and Jill (Michael Spatz) Singer Spatz; adored grandfather of Claudia and Juliet Lippman and Matthew, Nathan, and Natalie Freeman; devoted son of the late Mandel and late Annabelle Singer; dear brother of Sheila (late Gary) Brownstein; treasured uncle and friend of many. He loved his family and looked forward to Sunday night dinners. He enjoyed traveling and especially loved fishing in Captiva Island and Key West. He cherished his trips to The Montage, Italy and Israel for his granddaughter’s bat mitzvahs. He knew everything about sports and loved to talk about it along with his career in the fabric industry.
